Ebnid is a monthly billing basis service. We do not offer refunds or credits for partial use of the service or for unused time if you cancel your subscription before the end of your billing cycle. Please note that your subscription will continue until the end of the current billing period and will not be refunded.
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation requests can be submitted through the Ebnid dashboard, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
We may offer a refund or credit if there is a technical issue or service outage that prevents you from accessing our service. This refund or credit will be at our discretion, and you must submit your request within 7 days of the issue.
